Booking Fee

ULU Student Members                                       £3

ULU Associate Members                                   £4

Energy Base Private Members                           £5

 

All treatments excluding physiotherapy are subject to a booking fee in addition to the cost of the treatment. If a number of consecutive treatments are booked with one practitioner to be carried out on the same day, only one booking fee will be charged.

 

The booking fee is payable at the time of the treatment booking. All bookings must be made in person at Energy Base reception. You must have a valid ULU, Associate or Energy Base membership card to make a booking.

 

The treatment fee is paid directly to the practitioner. Please bring the correct amount in cash or a cheque.

 

Physiotherapy is booked directly with the Physiotherapist at the walk-in clinic or by calling her directly on 07956 586 533.

Hairdressing is booked directly with the practitioner by calling her directly on
07786 362 916.

 

Cancellation Fee

Booking fees are not refundable. The practitioner may charge the full cost of the booked treatment if a cancellation is made without 24 hours notice.

 

General information

All bookings must check in at Energy Base reception before they enter the club. Non members are not able to use Energy Base facilities unless they have purchased a day membership pass or have prior arrangement through the practitioner. While in Energy Base you are subject to the clubs rules as stated in the terms and conditions.

 

Energy Base staff have the right to refuse entry.
