14            Amendment

 

14.1     The Constitution may be amended by resolution of the Union Council passed by a two-thirds majority of those present and voting, save that each amendment shall be subject to the approval of the Council of the University of London.

 

14.2     The Regulations may be amended by resolution of the Union Council passed by a simple majority of those present voting in favour.

 

14.3          Amendments to the Constitution must be submitted, to the office of the President, at least 21 days before the meeting of the Union Council and in accordance with Standing Orders.
