If you are or want to become an Associate Member of the University of London Union then you are one of the following:
• A staff member of the University of London or one of its Constituent Colleges. See the full list of colleges here.
• A graduate of the University of London.
• If you are a student of the University of London External Programme.
• If you are being awarded a UL qualification/award but are not following a UL programme or at a UL College.

Identification | You will need to bring in or post the relevant identification for your application: • Student – Produce a photocopy of your College Registration or copy of your College ID card. • Graduate – Produce a photocopy of your graduate certificate or alumni card. • Staff – Produce College ID card. |

Passport Photo | We’re not as strict as the passport office with these, so bring us a nice small photo that you don’t mind people seeing on your card. | ||||
Cost | The Associate Membership card costs £17.50, see how you’re applying to find out how we can take the money: • In person at ULU Reception – we can accept cash or cheque (made payable to University of London Union) • By post - cheque (made payable to University of London Union). Only cheques in Pounds Sterling will be accepted and please DO NOT send cash in the post. • SENATE/STEWART HOUSE STAFF – If you work in Senate House or Stewart House, please obtain a “Staff Association membership at ULU” form from HR and bring this in or post this instead of payment. |
