► Associate Membership

If you are or want to become an Associate Member of the University of London Union then you are one of the following:

•    A staff member of the University of London or one of its Constituent Colleges.  See the full list of colleges here.
•    A graduate of the University of London.
•    If you are a student of the University of London External Programme.
•    If you are being awarded a UL qualification/award but are not following a UL programme or at a UL College.

If you don’t fit into one of the categories above, then why not see if you fit into the Full/Ordinary Membership or Temporary Member category?

Benefits of being an Associate Member of ULU

If you become an Associate Member of ULU, you will be able to use the Students’ Union as if it were own! The membership entitles you to become a member of Energy Base, our on-site fitness centre, at a reduced rate (see rates here), you can enter the building after 6.30pm to use the bars and facilities and you can even join a ULU Club or Society.

To have a look at more of what ULU has to offer, take a look at the ULU Guide online, or download the full guide here.

When joining a club or society, you will not be eligible to compete in any National University leagues involved with BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) or compete for representative sides, however you will be able to get involved with all of their training and other activities.  Not all clubs compete in National competitions, so please check with each club individually regarding these restrictions.

The Associate Membership card is valid for a year from the date of issue.
