Membership Services Manager,
£27k-£30k (dependent on level of experience)
The Membership Services department provides a high quality set of services that meet the needs of the members and stakeholders and it works with officers to ensure that the campaigning, representative and governance function of the organisation are effective. The successful candidate must have experience of a similar role within a membership organisation, have proven leadership skills and be able to show a strong working understanding of an organisation's policies and procedures and have confidence in their ability to provide a persuasive understanding of ULU's Governance. A good knowledge of the HE sector would be an obvious plus for a candidate and a proven record of administrative processes in a busy role are vital for success.
