Energy Base is a private health club owned and operated by the University of London Union. Built around the existing swimming pool and sports hall, Energy Base opened in September 2002.
Energy Base is part of the re-development of ULU itself and the services offered.
We offer our wide range of services and facilities to anyone over the age of 18.
When you join you are entitled to unlimited use of ALL our facilities including ;-
Our 60 station gym with a new precore cardio theatre (visit our gym page for more information)
Our 33 metre swimmimg pool
Up to 50 exercise classes per week - Aerobiking is back with brand new bikes why not come and give them a try?
We also offer physiotherapy, Alexander technique, reflexology and accupuncture (Please note that all treatments are at an additional cost and are not included within Energy Base membership.)
