Responsbilities
	Convene campaigns regarding welfare issues for students across the University of London. Co-ordinate the welfare service provided to Postgraduate students. Lobby and liaise with relevant organisations and political bodies. Chair and facilitate the work of the Welfare Officers' Network. Represent students by sitting on committees that discuss issues relating to accommodation, academia, equal opportunities, etc...
My priorities for the year ...
	Campaign for London Weighting for students in the new student loan. Ensure that there is an effective safety campaign. Organise a successful Holocaust Memorial Week at ULU. Lobby various political bodies in order to achieve equality for all students from all backgrounds through the student charters. Launch and develop the Postgraduate Welfare Centre.
How can I help?
	Offer confidential advice and information to students who have either academic or personal problems. Address concerns regarding the welfare of students based in London.
