Welcome to the Art Society minisite!
These are some of the things the ULU Art Society aims to provide to University of London students:
- Weekly drop in life-drawing classes (Wednesdays, 18:30-21:30 at ULU).
- Monthly email newsletters keeping you up to date on the latest artistic events going on in and around London (music gigs, experimental cinema, art exhibitions etc.).
- Organised visits to the latest art exhibitions/symposiums in London.
- Exclusive social events, such as music gigs, late night gallery events, and alternative cinema.
This society operates on an informal, drop in basis – there is no subscription fee and you are welcome to attend whichever events we are running. The weekly life-drawing classes are only £4 each, which covers the cost of professional tuition and the model; you will need to provide your own drawing materials.
Be kept up to date on all of the latest artistic events going on in and around London, by subscribing to our free monthly email newsletter! To join our mailing list, simply email one of the society's officers. Our newsletter covers a great range of events from music gigs, to experimental cinema, to, obviously, art exhibitions. We would also like to include your ideas and comments in the newsletter – if you have anything to put in, such as a review of a current exhibition, please contribute by emailing the society’s secretary.
Thanks for all of your support,
