A student at the Courtauld has the opportunity not only to study art history to a high level but to study in the heart of one of the most stimulating and cosmopolitan cites in the world. The small student body creates an exciting atmosphere that promotes cross-year social interaction between undergraduates and postgraduates. The Students’ Union aims to provide all students with the opportunity to make the most of living in London as well as to organise student activities within the Institute, including parties, quiz nights, musical and (amateur) sporting events and an end of year Ball. We hope to foster a strong sense of community amongst the student population of the Courtauld and students are always welcome to make their own suggestions for societies or activities. Most students also become members of the University of London Union, which provides a wider range of activities such as sports clubs, societies, bars and a great music venue. |
