Our conference facilities consist of two halls and eleven seminar rooms. The rooms range in size - from a boardroom for 6 to a party space for 600 - and we can provide a variety of different room layouts.
Room 101 is a modern and functional hall, which can accommodate both conferences and events. The hall is air-conditioned and soundproofed. Conference hire includes the front of the stage, which can accommodate a top table for up to eight people. Also included is the Foyer of Room 101, which has bar seating for up to 80 people, making it a perfect venue for refreshment breaks. Tables for registration and stallholders may also be set up in this area.
The Upper Hall is a brightly-lit space, particularly suitable for display and exhibition usage, in addition to large meetings and rehearsal space. There is a retractable stage, which can accommodate up to six people on a top table.
All our second and third floor seminar rooms are air-conditioned, feature blackout facilities and integral whiteboards. Two of the rooms (3C and 3D) are separated by a purpose built partition that can be opened to create one large space.

All the rooms are wheelchair accessible apart from the Malet Suite, and the balcony to Room 101.
A lift is available to all floors, and disabled toilets are situated on the ground, first, second and fourth floors. A wheelchair ramp leads to ULU’s main entrance.
Rooms can be booked between 0900 and 2200 Monday to Saturday and from 0900 and 2200 on Sundays.
The half-day charge is the minimum payable and covers up to 4 hours. For a hire period between 4 and 8 hours, the full day charge is payable. For bookings that go beyond 8 hours, a charge will be made for each additional hour. The costs do not include catering services, technical equipment or staff. The prices quoted overleaf do not include technical and staff provision. These details are listed separately in the technical services document. The costs quoted are for private events only �" if you are planning a public event (i.e. you will be advertising and selling tickets to the public) then you will require our Public Events Licence. The costs for this type of event vary depending on the number of people attending - for further information please contact the Conference Office on 020 7664 2021.

Once a room booking has been confirmed, we will send details of our fire evacuation procedures and a guide to the building. This information should be passed on to the organiser/course leader who will be running the event on the day. Our conference staff will be the main point of contact on the day but when we are not available (late evening, Sundays) the Duty Officer will be the main contact.
