MONITORING AND EVALUATION PROCEDURE
 
As part of our commitment to improving the service we provide, we request our clients complete a feedback questionnaire. These feedback forms are displayed both in the reception area and on this website and each client is advised of this at initial interview. A box is kept in the reception where the forms can be deposited, alternatively the completed forms can be returned by post. Feedback will only be considered if it is returned before eight weeks after the close of the case.
 
Depending on the level of feedback questionnaires returned clients may also be sent a feedback questionnaire by post.
 
Returned feedback questionnaires will be logged, evaluated and stored in a locked filing cabinet in the welfare adviser’s office. The vice-president (welfare & student affairs) will evaluate the feedback twice per year. A report will be incorporated into the next statistical report for the senior managers and executive committee and to assist in developing the service.
