A.1.11 The Small and Specialist Colleges Officer shall:
i) Represent, be nominated by and study within the following colleges:
“Courtauld Institute of Art; Heythrop College; London Business School; London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine; Jews College; Institutes for Advanced Study (British Institute in Paris; Institutes of Advanced Legal, Classical, Commonwealth, Defence, Germanic, Latin American, Romance and United States Studies; Institute of Historical Research and Warburg Institute); Royal Academy of Music; Royal Veterinary College, School of Pharmacy; The Institute of Education and St George’s Hospital Medical School”
ii) Endeavour to visit all the colleges in their Constituency on a regular basis and liaise with the Presidents of those colleges;
iii) Call and convene the Small and Specialist Colleges Forum and shall present their decisions and recommendations to the Executive;
iii) Carry out such duties as may from time to time be laid down by the Union Council or the Executive or as determined on an annual basis at Executive Training;
iv] Make verbal reports to each meeting of the Executive, where applicable this shall include a report from the relevant ‘officer network’; and
v] Produce for their successor, an informative hand-over pack, which shall include all relevant contacts;
