A.2                          TERMS OF REFERENCE AND JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SABBATICAL OFFICERS

                                ALL SABBATICAL OFFICERS

               

i)                    Shall attend meetings of the Council, Finance Committee and other committees,

ii)                   Shall perform other duties as may from time to time be laid down by the Council or the Executive or as determined on an annual basis at Executive Training,

iii)                 Shall endeavour to visit each of the Schools, Colleges and Institutes of  the University and the Intercollegiate Halls of Residence during their term of office,

iv)                  Shall abide by Union policy at all times,

v)                   Shall strive at all times to represent the students of the University of London, especially their diversity, and to involve all students wherever possible in the decision making process,

If there is any doubt as to these Terms of Reference the Governance Committee shall rule.
