15            Interpretation

 

15.1     Words used in this Constitution and any Regulations made thereunder have the same meaning as in the Statutes of the University.  In the event of any unresolved dispute arising over the interpretation of this Constitution the matter shall be referred to the President who shall make a ruling. If the President is unable to resolve the dispute, the President shall refer the matter to the Vice-Chancellor whose decision shall be final.

 

15.2     College Unions shall mean the student unions of the Colleges and Institutes.

 

15.3            Reference to bodies and persons in this Constitution includes their duly appointed or elected successors.
