1          Name

 

1.1       The name of the organisation referred to in this Constitution shall be the “University of London Union”, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.

 

1.2       The Union and Recognised Clubs and Societies may use the name and arms of the University of London in their titles and in pursuit of their own activities, but they may not assign this privilege to any other individual, group, or company without the approval of the University.  In using the name and arms, the Union and Recognised Clubs and Societies shall have due regard for the University’s status and reputation.
