► A.1.13 The Officer without Portfolio
A.1.13 The Officer without Portfolio shall:
i) Assist the other officers as and when needed within the bounds of reason; and
Carry out such duties as may from time to time be laid down by the Union Council or the Executive or as determined on an annual basis at Executive Training.
