4 Officers of the Union
4.1 The officers of the Union shall be the President and the Vice-Presidents, who shall be Sabbatical Officers on conditions approved by the University, and no more than fourteen Full Members of the union whose titles and duties will be as laid down by the Union Council. No person shall hold sabbatical or paid elected office in the Union for more than one year.
4.2 The Union Council shall prescribe the duties of the Officers of the Union and, subject to any requirements of the University, shall establish within the Regulations grievance and disciplinary procedures as approved by the Committee for Student Activities and Management.
