SMALL AND SPECIALIST COLLEGES

Proposed by Governance Committee

 

 

THIS UNION NOTES

 

1.       That Small and Specialist Colleges are an integral part of this University and this Union.

2.       That there is a specific executive post to fully represent their needs.

3.       That the ULU Regulations list all those colleges deemed to be small and specialist.

4.       That there are notable omissions from this list.

5.       That this list needs to be updated.

6.       That the guiding principal as to what defines a Small and Specialist College has always been accepted as being those that have one delegate to this Council.

 

THIS UNION RESOLVES

 

1.         To insert into section A1:K I) of the regulations, after “Royal Academy of Music;” the words “Royal Veterinary College, School of Pharmacy and St George’s Medical School”.
