MOTION TO THIRD ULU COUNCIL

Proposed by Governance Committee

 

This Union Notes:

 

1.        The new ULU Constitution was passed by UL Council and ULU Council in 1998.

2.        The regulations have been amended, in part, since then via various motions to council

3.        That the regulations have a considerable number of minor errors relating to cross referencing, spelling, terminology and in expression of clarity.

4.        That the Governance Committee were asked to review this and present its recommendations to Council

 

This Union Resolves:

 

1.        To agree the attached changes to the regulations
