Student Marketing Specialists


ULU Clubs and societies can book rooms in ULU for ad hoc meetings such as committee meetings, AGMs, EGMs, special events, seminars and training sessions which are not part of the normal programme of weekly activities.

Please note that rooms in ULU are not generally available for club and society bookings during the daytime on weekdays.

All ad hoc room bookings must be made using the booking form which can be downloaded here:

Make sure that you follow all the instructions in the red boxes on the booking form and give at least two working days notice for all booking requests.

The following people can make room bookings on behalf of clubs and societies:

  • The designated room booking officer for the club/society
  • A student officer of a ULU club/society named on the club/society’s officer contact list if a designated officer has not been appointed
