Welcome to the newly established University of London Pro Bono Society. While pro-bono entails legal work, it is not necessary for one to have any legal education or experience to be involved in the Pro Bono Society. Our foremost aim would be to set up a legal advice centre for students; acting as a liaison between law firms and University of London students looking for legal help in any form.

We arrange public debates, to which you're welcome to come and sit in the audience, or if you wish, to get up and have your say! We also run workshops in debating and public speaking, with the chance for you to take part in informal competitive debates, to receive some feedbackk from one of our coaches after your speech, and to develop your public speaking skills along with your ability to construct a well-reasoned, coherent argument.
