Marxists Society Organisational Meeting - ULU Malet Street, room 2b, Monday 6.30
This meeting is for anyone who wants to get involved with running the society. We will be:
- Discuss proposals for future events (weekend-school, comedy night, movie showings etc) discussion topics (trotskyism, the labour movement, the arab spring etc), and potential speakers
- Discuss how the society can help build for and support 9th November demonstration and 30th of November strikes
- Draft the constitution of the society and make a risk assessment
- Talk about how to set up a website, event diary and bulletin for the society,
...and anything anyone else can think of! All suggestions are welcome! If you would like to propose anything for the society but are unable to attend the meeting please post your suggestions here or email [email protected]
