New Turn |
New Turn are an independent young persons Political Organisation.
There is a serious issue regarding political engagement and education amongst young people. New Turn exists in order to not only try and tackle political apathy but also what in many cases is a lack of opportunity. As best as we can, we do this from a politically neutral perspective in order to give people the tools so that they themselves can create, personalise and better understand their own politics.
The practical side of our ideas takes shape in the form of conferences, policy and journalistic training workshops and finally our weekly events programme that we hope will be at the centre of everything we do. Weekly events often include host speakers and panellists, around a broad range of subjects from international to local issues and subjects.
