ULU Leagues sports provide a great opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, travel the capital and develop new skills that will help with your studies and in getting a job. It also provides the opportunity for an extended social life, not wholly confined to your college.

In order to participate in these competitions, all you need to do is trial for your college teams. Speak with your students union sports officer or staff members to find out what sports are available to you.
