At ULU we actively campaign to raise environmental awareness.

At the University we need to cut 20% off our Carbon footprint by 2015.

But to do this we really need your help. 

The energy we use in residences depends on what each of us does.

As such we will soon launch a Carbon Contest between the university’s 8 Halls of Residence. We want to see which Hall can cut the most Carbon. There are great prizes including fold-up bikes for the winners. And to kick-off in April we will be awarding Freeloader Solar Chargers.

Right now we are looking for Carbon Champions to help – whether it’s putting up posters, switching stuff off or anything that will help cut emissions.
