Is a cardiovascular workout performed on stationary cycles, Great for improving fitness quickly.

ASHTANG YOGA

 Studio base 2

The Powerful yoga, as it is often know, is a more demanding form of yoga than any other. Participants move through a series of flows or sequences, moving from one posture to another using a slow meditive breathing meathod. This is designed to develop strength, flexibility and stamina.

AQUA FIT

 Swimming pool

This is the ultimate workout in water, it combins cardiovascular fitness with total body conditioning and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a non-impact and uses water to generate resistance.

BODY CONDITIONING

 Studio base 2

This class is a great way to increase muscular strength and endurance. It involves using light dumbells, Dyna bands and your own body weight. Most of this class is carried out on mats

BELLY DANCE

 Studio base 2

Belly dance is derived from traditional dances of the middle east and north africa. This class focuses on muscle control, joint movement, balance and strength. It is a fun way to exercise while building self confidence  in the art form that embraces all body types.

CARDIO CORE

 Studio base 1 & 2

If you have loads  of energy to expend then this is the class for you. Simple steps with fast moving, sure to sweat choreography. You will burn those calories with aerobic training to help sculpt and strengthen the torso.

CARDIO KICK

 Studio base 2

This class is a combination of aerobics and martial arts kicks, It is one of the most popular fitness treand to hit gyms in recent years. Suitable for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

 Studio base 1

 This Class is set out in stations of different types of exercises to target different muscle groups and improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness. It a great way to get that extra push you need.

COMPLETE CORE

 Studio base 1

A class that combines agreat fat burning workout while developing core strength and stability with a swiss ball. Great for improving fitness and coordination

GET FIT CIRCUITS

 Studio base 2

 Do you want to get fit, lose weight and have fun? Then this is the class for you. Suitable for beginners - advanced members

HATHA YOGA

 Studio base 1

 This form of yoga seeks to balance the body, mind and spirit by mastering and holding postures, concentrating on strict alignment and breathing on the flow of movement.

HOT YOGA

 Gym

 Wake up to a fantastic yoga class carried out in hot temperatures. All participants must bring a towel and drinking water with them

F.I.T RUNNING CLUB

 Studio base 2

Fast.Iterval.Training. If you enjoy the great outdoors then this class is ideal for you. Session will include hills, fast sprints, Relays and plyometric training

IYENGAR YOGA

 Studio base 2

This involves body alignment, with the use of props, to help the body stay in the correct position. Correct sequencing of asanas, while focusing on timing, allow you to work deeper into the postures.

KICKBOXING

 Studio base 2

A very popular class that is extremely beneficial and great fun. It combines martial arts with cardiovascular conditioning and helps to tone up the body. This is a fantastic way to beat stress and get fit.

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

 Studio base 1 & 2

A very popular class designed to tone and shape the muscles of the legs and arms, whilst working towards developing and maintaining core strength and stability. A variety of standing and floor based exercises creates a class which is not only enjoyable but effective too.

PILATES

 Studio base 2

This is a form of exercise which works towards developing core strength and stability while working on strength and flexibility in the arms and legs, without adding bulk.

POWER YOGA

 Studio base 2

 An energetic routine that will make you sweat. Creates powerful strong arms, increases flexibility and builds you a strong mental focus.

SPIN & CORE

Studio base 2 

This class involves 30 mins of aerobiking and 30 mins of complete core. A great total fitness workout for all ability levels

STREET DANCE

Studio base 1

 If you want to learn the hottest moves, get fit and have fun, then this is the class for you. The routines will contain creative and amazing street moves; they will also change every week, so no worries if you missed the week before.

STOTTS PILATES

Studio base 2

A more updated form of pilates. Perfect for developing core functional strength, stability, balance and flexibility while working through the arms and legs. The movements and progression are also ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation. This class is part of the normal class time table but there is only place for 10 people, so please book a place at reception to avoid any disappointment.

TAI CHI

Swimming pool

 Experience the gentle flowing, movements of Tai Chi and treat your whole body to a gentle and relaxing workout. Say goodbye to sweating, puffing and panting. Say hello to feeling cool, calm, refreshed and energized. Tai Chi is accessible to all ages and physical abilities and can be practiced on many levels, from a simple 'meditative' exercise to a realistic martial art!

VINYASA YOGA

Studio base 2

A flowing yoga class that weaves together poses and breath work into a dance-like sequence. A class that is both restorative and invigorating. Suitable for beginners.
