1. Who can get a membership at Energybase?
Anyone. Please see our membership pages for more info.
2. Are you open all year round?
Yes, however we do close for around 6 days at Easter, 10 days at Christmas and on British Bank Holidays.
Specific dates for these will be advertised in advance and all memberships will be extended with the missed days.
3. What are your opening times?
We are open 7 days a week.

4. Can I book the studios? How much is it?
Yes, we take single and block bookings for both studios,
based on availability. Please see our bookings page.
5. What do I need to wear whilst using the facilities?
Sports clothing and trainers for the gym.
No denim, flipflops or bare feet in the gym.
Swimsuits, trunks or other swim wear for the pool.
Swim hats are not compulsory.
