Lost Property at ULU
Any lost or found property should be handed in to the ground floor reception desk at ULU. Anything lost or found in Energybase will be kept in the Energybase Managers office. All items will be recorded and kept for one month.
Unclaimed items will then either be donated to charity, recycled or disposed of appropriately.
If a student has a complaint about the Union in general, this should be referred to the Chief Executive in the first instance. He/she will then decide the most appropriate action to take.

Would you like to make a complaint but you don't know who to contact?
Depending on the nature of the complaint it will either be dealt with by the President of the Union, the Chief Executive or appropriate staff member. The Regulations of ULU are available in the Governance pages.
